ROOFING 

Strait Line roofing has several different roofing materials that we use to cater to the varying tastes of our customers.  These materials stress durability, reliability, and style.

We specialize in all phases of roofing for residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Sullivan  County and the surrounding communities.  Our installation experts can install shingled, metal,copper, rubber, or EPDM roofs that include a limited 10 year NO LEAK warranty.  With a full line of Tamko, GAF Timberline, Certainteed, and Owens Corning products, we have a wide variety of colors to choose from and can even match new roofs to existing structures.  All of the shingles we use come with a Lifetime manufacturer warranty.  As an Owen's Corning Preferred Contractor we offer designer colors. Strait Line completely stands behind the roofs we install with our Lifetime warranty that is available on all labor.



SHINGLE ROOFING

Roofing shingles are a popular choice and consist of sheet materials that overlap one another individually.

If you are in need of a new roof, we will tear off the existing roof and inspect the foundation boards beneath the shingles, repairing damaged wood as needed, before applying the new roof.  We will always consult you on the materials and cost before any repairs are initiated. Rest assured, Strait Line will properly dispose of all debirs.

 EPDM ROOFING SYSTEM

The EPDM roofing system cosists of highly efficient and effective synthetic compound made of rubber.  Strait Line recommends EPDM roofing for low slope areas of roofing.  We use this product due to it's ease of use and demonstrated resistance against climatic heat, cold, and wind conditions.

EPDM has the benefit that it does not pollute the run-off rainwater, which is of vital importance if the house owner wishes to use this water for personal sanitation/hygiene by use of rainwater harvesting.

 METAL ROOFING

Metal roofing is created by fastening panels of metal sheets together. Like asphault shingles, metal is also available in a variety of colors including those that are Energy Star certified.

Strait Line commonly uses Master Rib and a unique feature of the MasterRib metal roofing panel is the extra-large siphoning channel on the under-lap rib. It provides extra leak resistance in the presence of extreme wind and rain loads.

Depending on yhe condition of your existing roof as well as the amount of  layers, most metal roofs can be installed directly over your existing roof.
