WHAT IS EPDM ROOFING?

EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer—it’s a synthetic rubber membrane that is used on flat roofs. Typically, it comes in large black rolls. Although EPDM roofing can be used on flat or low-slope residential roofs, it is most commonly utilized in commercial applications due to its durability, cost-effectiveness, and suitability for large surface areas.
